Our active Investor Community includes both investors and the investment firms we work with. Together, we inspire, connect and reinforce each other. Most of our investors are entrepreneurs with specific sector knowledge and experience. And this ‘smart capital’ in particular is attracting the interest of private equity and venture capital firms: it means a unique source of potential targets, knowledge and networks.

Events and activities

Access to exclusive events

We regularly organise activities, events and other meetings. Every year, we host an exclusive Marktlink Capital Investor Community event for new participants. In recent years, this took place during the Formula 1 Dutch Grand Prix in Zandvoort. We also organise various other events and investors are invited to Marktlink Connect - the number one knowledge event of the year.

Formula 1 Dutch Grand Prix

Every year, Marktlink Connect is the entrepreneurial event not to be missed. In 2023, it was held at the Circuit at Zandvoort, a stone's throw from Max Verstappen's pit box. Marktlink Capital held an inspiring knowledge session where several speakers shared how private equity and venture capital have influenced the growth of their companies. Besides the track programme, there is always much more to experience: think of various F1 challenges, photo booths and performances by various artists. Guaranteed fun and a fantastic experience!

Canal cruise event

In the summer of 2023, in collaboration with Founders Carbon Network, we organised a special canal cruise themed around investing in private equity and venture capital. The aim of this event was to bring active entrepreneurs together to share knowledge and build a strong network.

Annual General Meeting

During this annual Investor Community event, investors meet for a day full of knowledge sharing and entrepreneurship. Several presentations are given by top entrepreneurs, talking about their investments in our private equity and venture capital funds. In 2023, this event was held at Bomen Centrum Nederland in Baarn, where over 250 investors attended.
